About The Clemons Company

Gerry Clemons began an insurance and employee benefits business in Panama City in 1957. This has since evolved into two corporations: Clemons & Campbell, Inc., a company that provides fee for service administration of qualified retirement plans, and The Clemons Company, Inc. which provides all forms of group insurance. There are over one hundred years of combined experience with the staff of these two companies.

  • Served as Mayor of Panama City (1981-2005)

Elizabeth Campbell

  • Joined the company in 1979
  • Graduate of Troy State University
  • Became a shareholder in 1996 and is now President of Clemons & Campbell, Inc.
  • Manages retirement plan services division

Laurie Pierce

  • Joined the company in 1987
  • Graduate of Florida State University
  • Senior retirement plan administrator

Michelle Matt

  • Joined the company in 1999
  • Graduate of Lake Sumter Community College
  • Group Benefits Administrator and office administration

Danielle Kelly

  • Joined the company in 2005
